IsleFlow Content Studio Inc.
I have spent years inside the construction conversation, and that is where IsleFlow started. As associate producer of the Specified Growth Podcast, I have worked on more than 500 episodes alongside my co-author Tatsuya Nakagawa, talking with the people who actually build, supply and run this industry.
The same thing kept coming up. The best operators in construction are carrying decades of knowledge that never leaves their company. It lives in their heads, it retires when they do, and the market never sees it.
Skilled firms often lose work to competitors who are simply easier to find and easier to trust. Buyers research long before they send an RFP, and they favor the companies that have already shown what they know. Being good at the work is not enough if nobody can see it.
IsleFlow exists to fix that. We document what construction leaders know and publish it as articles, case studies and books, so their expertise builds authority in the industry. The result is more of the right clients finding you first, and better projects.
I am an associate producer of the Specified Growth Podcast, where I have written copy for many of its 500+ episodes, helped identify and bring on guests, and listened closely to the conversations that followed. I have spent years hearing directly from people who have built, led, and grown businesses in the construction industry, then following up to uncover the stories and insights worth sharing.
That experience taught me how to listen for the knowledge beneath the obvious answer, ask better questions, and turn complex expertise into something an audience can understand and value.
My academic background gave me extensive training in research, writing, and explaining complex ideas clearly. But the real education has come from doing the work: listening carefully, asking better questions, and finding the knowledge that deserves to be brought to the surface.
That is the skill I bring to IsleFlow.
